1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Sevaryn, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Sevaryn uses publicly available state family law statutes, IRS publications, BLS wage data, and SSA benefit tables to model divorce settlement scenarios. The Service provides estimated asset division, alimony projections, child support calculations, and Monte Carlo post-divorce trajectory simulations.

3. Not Legal or Financial Advice

Sevaryn is not a law firm, financial advisor, or mediator. The estimates are based on published formulas and statistical models. They do not constitute recommendations. You should always consult a licensed family law attorney, verify state-specific rules with legal counsel, and consult a CPA for tax implications of asset division.

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Cost estimates and projections are probabilistic, not guarantees. State laws change, judicial discretion varies, and Monte Carlo simulations model distributions of possible outcomes, not predictions.

5. Credits and Billing

Sevaryn uses a per-report credit system. Single reports cost 1 credit ($14), report packs provide 5 credits ($39), and API credit packs are available. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its optimization methodology, software, and compiled data outputs, is owned by Smart Technology Investments LLC. The underlying government datasets are public domain. Our analysis methodology is proprietary.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

SMART TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENTS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County.
